Shakedown Brothers

Slim learned his craft at an early age playing and singing country blues and ragtime, and picked up the blues harp in his late teens, when he stared playing with some of the well seasoned bluesmen in Derby.

After performing in bands playing contemporary jazz, funk, rock and reggae, Slim switched back to the blues. He now delivers a powerful and soulful performance and includes many of his own tunes.

What Slim really likes is to surprise audiences - so expect him to switch between seering blues-rock and acoustic slide, funk and jazzy tunes, all delivered with soul, energy, creativity, and drive.
